Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and thick layers of muscle tension, creating a more therapeutic experience. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who deal with chronic tension, and limited range of motion.
Swedish Massage is used to decrease muscle tension, from a range of light to medium pressure, its benefits includes decreased toxins, increase digestion and blood flow. Swedish Massage is regarded to as one the most commonly relaxing massages.
Hot Stone Massage is often combined with Swedish Massage as stones are heated and used to massage around the body. Great for melting tension.
